Please note that once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes to your order.
Shipping with Lagos is between 1- 3 working days.
Shipping outside Lagos is between 4-7 working days.
We presently do not offer express shipping however, if you need your order sooner than the expected date, you can pick up from our office at 48b Odusami Street off Wemco Road Ogba, Ikeja, Lagos between 9am-6pm from Tuesday-Saturday.
Note that in a case where you placed your order and shipping fee already paid before choosing to pick up yourself, the shipping cost paid is non-refundable.
In a case where you qualify for a free shipping but you didn’t take advantage of it when placing your order, the shipping cost paid is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Replacement
If your product arrives to you damaged, email us at contact@dermafixitskincare.com within 48 hours and we will replace the item. If you sent your own delivery company and it arrives to you damaged, we wouldn’t offer a replacement.
We do not offer exchange of products purchased or cash refund.
