Try trimming and filing down they nails as low as possible but not to a point of injuring yourself.
Apply DermaFIX-IT to the nails with buildup underneath them. This will help take out any build up underneath the nail. Then rub the cream in.
Afterwards apply a drop of the Derma mycosis nail repair and massage it into your nails.
This should be done at least twice daily. You can also apply the Derma fix it cream around your feet and underneath.
We usually recommend 10-12 weeks for visible results.
