Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase from DermaFIX-IT Skincaree. Due to the personal-use nature of skincare products, refunds and returns follow strict hygiene policies.

Refund Eligibility

  • Damaged or defective product on arrival if we are responsible for sending out the package. This does not apply if you sent your own delivery person.
  • Wrong product received instead of what was ordered
  • Package lost during transit
  • All complaint must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened, used, or tampered products
  • Sales is final. No REFUND OR EXCHANGE if you receive exactly what you requested for.
  • Items damaged after delivery by the customer
  • Clearance, promo, or discounted items

How to Request a Refund

  • Send an email to contact@dermafixitskincare.com including:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos or video evidence of the issue
    • Explanation of the problem
  • Our team will investigate and approve/refuse based on evidence

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refund reflects depending on your bank or payment method
